Nursery funding is generally agreed for 10-12 hours / 2-3 sessions per week. it is the parent / carer’s responsibility to choose a nursery to suit the needs of the child and to make all the arrangements with the nursery.

When Brightly agrees to support a nursery funding application, it will be for the remainder of that academic year. Funding for the next academic year will be considered on receipt of an email from you requesting the extension and detailing the hours / sessions required and the cost.

Once funding is agreed, please make the arrangements with the nursery of the family’s choice and let me know the start date. Payment will be made directly by BACS with the nursery on a monthly basis. we can confirm this with the nursery and agree terms if needed.

We understand that on occasion, extra hours may be required for a specific reason. these must be agreed by Brightly first. If we are not informed, then the family will be expected to pay the extra fees to the nursery.
