I agree to observe all rules of law, by-laws, and regulations relevant to fundraising and in particular will comply in all respects with the provisions of the Charities Act 2014. I therefore agree to indemnify the Charity in respect of any costs, claims, loss, or liability whatsoever suffered by myself (including reasonable legal costs and disbursements) as a result of my fundraising. I agree to have in place the appropriate insurance cover to indemnify the Charity from any claims arising from injury or loss resulting from participation in a fundraising activity.

What is an s-signature?
